Working hand in hand with our producers is just the beginning; our true passion is getting involved and giving back to their communities. A key part of this is our commitment to educating the next generation of coffee growers. We've seen a significant decline in young people entering agriculture, as many are drawn to higher-paying jobs in cities.

Our mission is to support people like Juan, a dedicated teacher who prioritizes the education of future agronomists and entrepreneurs. I recently had the incredible experience of visiting Juan's Primary School in Santiago Atitlán. I was able to teach English and share my business journey with young, aspiring entrepreneurs. Our goal is to educate young students, who represent the next generation of coffee growers, about the importance of their industry. By inspiring them to build a more sustainable future for their communities, we're ensuring that the vital knowledge and tradition of coffee production are not lost.
