OUR PROCESS

I want to share my passion for my culture and love for coffee through my experience and understanding of the coffee process

1. We repurpose water from the wet mill that is used to rewash our coffee beans

2. We recycle all organic waste from production systems which is used to create compost or organic mulch for our coffee fields

3. Our dry coffee parchment fuels the furnaces instead of vegetation from our forests
