How we
Have you ever been curious about where your coffee comes from? It has been my mission to answer your burning questions on where and how our coffees get sourced. In my many travels to Guatemala, I partnered with producers at origin to bring you their one of a kind specialty grade beans. Many of these exceptional coffees come from family-owned farms and are lovingly cultivated by women coffee growers—stories we're proud to share.
OUR FARMS
IT ALL BEGINS AT
Creating lasting relationships with our producers is paramount to our mission. Our farmers pick the ripest cherries during every harvest ensuring the best quality coffee.
HOW WE SCORE
We work year-round with our team of professional Q Graders at origin. We ship fresh samples from origin to roasters to make sure each sample is consistent in every roast. Our goal is to eliminate any bias when scoring our coffees by cross referencing each analysis.
QUALITY IN EVERY CUP
We only source specialty grade beans that are 85+. All our coffees are European clean making sure there are no defects… All of our farm blends include the best coffee varietals ensuring the best flavors in every roast. Maintaining quality and consistency across the board is what we do best at Ceiba.
ROASTERS
As your dedicated coffee importers, we use our experience and knowledge to make the sourcing journey easy. Our commitment is simple: delivering the highest quality specialty-grade beans and ensuring exceptional service throughout our supply chain.
ABOUT CEIBA'S
SUSTAINABILITY
1. We repurpose water from the wet mill that is used to rewash our coffee beans
2. We recycle all organic waste from production systems which is used to create compost or organic mulch for our coffee fields
3. Our dry coffee parchment fuels the furnaces instead of vegetation from our forests
