Return Policy
Because coffee is a perishable product, we’re unable to accept returns on roasted coffee once it has been shipped. That said, we want you to love your coffee—so if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
We’ll gladly offer a replacement or full refund once the issue is verified.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your package is lost or significantly delayed, reach out and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue. If the shipment is confirmed lost, we’ll replace it or refund your order.
Non-Perishable Items
Non-perishable items (such as mugs, brewing equipment, or merchandise) may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
